L’antologia, curata da Maria Giakaniki e Brian J. Showers, raccoglie dodici storie di autrici attive tra la metà dell’800 e il primo ‘900, tra cui Lady Augusta Gregory, Charlotte Riddell, Beatrice Grimshaw e L. T. Meade.

Bending to Earth. Strange Stories by Irish Women is the new anthology by Swan River Press dedicated to Irish fantastic and gothic literature.

The volume, edited by Maria Giakaniki and Brian J. Showers, collects twelve stories by female writers who lived between the end of 1800 and the beginning of 1900, like Lady Augusta Gregory, Charlotte Riddell, Beatrice Grimshaw and L. T. Meade.
